About the role
LifeStance Health is seeking part-time and full-time licensed Therapists or Psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) to join our Integrated Care and outpatient team in the South Shore. This opportunity involves providing integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and conducting outpatient psychotherapy. Ideal candidates have experience working with people across the lifespan, utilizing evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment.
Responsibilities
- Imbedded within a primary care office, collaborating with primary care teams
- Conducting screenings for depression, anxiety, and other conditions
- Frequent consultations with medical professionals
- Working with primarily pediatric patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and mental health concerns
- Enjoying a quick pace, thinking on their feet, and valuing interdisciplinary work
- Offering strong work-life balance with flexible scheduling including 2 days of telehealth and 3 days in-office
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and clinical acumen
- Experience working with people across the lifespan
- Utilizing empirically supported treatment
- Working in a primary care environment
- Enjoying a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD)
- Experience in a primary care setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment
