Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC/Psychologist)

About the role

Integrated Care Clinicians are imbedded within a pediatric office and are integral to pediatric teams. They work with primarily pediatric and adolescent patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns using evidence-based therapies like CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment. Clinicians conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions and frequently consult with medical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Work within a pediatric office environment, providing integrated behavioral health care.
• Conduct therapy sessions with patients ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and mental health concerns.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment.
• Screen patients for depression, anxiety, and other conditions.
• Frequently consult with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Enjoy a fast-paced, interdisciplinary work environment.

Requirements

• Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD).
• Experience working with people across the lifespan.
• Experience utilizing empirically supported treatment.
• Experience working in a primary care environment.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Current license to practice as a Licensed Therapist or Psychologist.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment.
• Ability to work in a primary care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Compensation is above average for W2 employees.
