About the role

Pediatrician opening in Washington offering between $230k – $300k with a $25k sign-on bonus and $10k relocation. Bonus: $30 per wRVU after 4,000. Average patients seen daily: 19–21. Team size: Provider + 2 MA’s. No inpatient work and no call. Accepts H1b and J1 Visas.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary, acute, and chronic patient care (including emergency care) to ambulatory clinical care at an Association operated Community Health Center, and/or outpatient or in-patient medical care at a hospital
• Perform clinic health care duties for an agreed upon number of hours per week
• Maintain full active hospital privileges
• Provide services for call coverage and in-patient care at Hospital on weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
• Keep accurate and up to date records
• Meet all requirements regarding approved continuing medical education
• Participate in and be part of the Association’s Health Care Provider Quality Assurance Peer Review Program
• Attend staff conferences and medical meetings
• Be available for consultation with other Association Health Care Providers and the Association Director and Board of Directors
• Must always uphold confidentiality regarding CBHA activities, reports, financials, patient health information and other proprietary information specific to CBHA
• Other duties as assigned
• Frequent travel to various clinics

Requirements

• Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of Washington
• Certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics (Preferred)
