Practice setting

• Outpatient rural health clinic and Tier 4 patient-centered medical home
• Scribe provided for doctors who average 15 patients per day
• Epic EMR
• 1:1 medical support staff

Schedule

• Four days per week (10 hours each)
• 1:4 call shared with four other physicians
• 15–20 patients per day

Compensation

• Salary: $305k with RVU production bonus based on annual threshold
• Quality incentives up to $30k annually
• Commencement bonus of $40k
