About the role

Multi-specialty group setting in Central Valley California seeking a Pediatrician for a permanent/full-time position. The group has 10 physicians plus 6 APPs and is a rural health clinic setting. Pediatrician to join existing pediatric department.

Schedule

• Office schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
• Ideal candidate willing to cover inpatient On-Call 7 days per month (shared with 3 other providers) – light inpatient call and volumes
• If not interested in inpatient work, 100% outpatient position is available for discussion

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Service area of 45,000+

Compensation

• Salary range: $275,000 DOE
• Incentive pay based on daily patient volumes
• Signing bonus: $25,000
• Relocation: $10,000
