Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an established pediatrician and two nurse practitioners in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Enjoy a flexible 4-day work week (3 days onsite / 1 day remote) with no nights, no on-call duties, and no weekends.
• Option for newborn rounding, if desired.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Residency training in Pediatrics.
• Ability to obtain a California state medical license.
• Board certified or Board eligible with the intention to become certified.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay

$275,000.00 - $300,000.00 annually, with the ability to earn $300,000+.
