About the role
We are seeking a dedicated pedagogical professional for our baby group (0–2 years) at childcare centre Koala in Laren, for 27 hours per week. You will provide our youngest explorers with a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where they can develop at their own pace. Responsibilities
- Create a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for babies (0–2 years).
- Support children’s development at their own pace.
- Organise and participate in activities with warmth and patience.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure a positive start for every child.
Requirements
- Naturally warm, empathetic, and patient.
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain a calm atmosphere.
- Genuine love for children, and they for you.
- Ability to effortlessly organise activities.
- Enjoyment in teamwork and participation.
- Completed qualifying education at minimum MBO level (or currently pursuing a qualifying HBO/WO study in childcare). Check your study here.

Qualifications
- From 1 January 2025, pedagogical professionals must meet the 3F language proficiency requirement (Dutch). Learn more.
