About the role

As a Pedagogical Professional, you provide children with a safe and familiar environment where they can grow and discover at their own pace. You work in both daycare and preschool, moving between different ages and developmental stages. For the youngest children, it's about security, attention, and recognizing their needs. Toddlers become increasingly independent and curious—you give them space to try, play, and explore the world. You observe, stimulate, and plan activities that match what occupies the children. You also pay attention to proper handovers and good contact with parents.
