About the role

As a Pedagogisch Professional, you are responsible for the daily care, development, and supervision of the children. This can be at either the Day Care Facility or the Out-of-School Care. You ensure that the children feel safe and familiar within your group. Working alongside your team, you take responsibility for keeping your group running smoothly. You do this within a friendly and professional work environment at some of the most beautiful childcare locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children in a safe and nurturing environment
• Support the development and learning of children in various age groups
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the smooth operation of the group
• Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of the children

Requirements

• Diploma qualifying you for the position of Pedagogisch Professional
• Enthusiasm, initiative, and collegiality
• Experience in childcare is preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Passionate about childcare and working at the best childcare facility in the region
• Ability to work with children of different ages and backgrounds
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the diverse nature of the BSO

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
• Knowledge of child development and educational theories
