Duties
- Facilitate participant onboarding, such as assessment distribution and welcome emails.
- Assist the Program Manager in planning and executing events.
- Cook up and coordinate event logistics, including catering, program setup, and materials.
- Support event setup, execution, and teardown, managing all details effectively.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, faculty, and team members.
- Provide administrative support to the Program Manager, including printing, data entry, email correspondence, and document organization.
- Keep regular inventory of program and office supplies.
Requirements
- Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree, 3 years of related experience.
- Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

Schedule
