PD RN-NICU Per Diem Days

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated and experienced RN for the Neonatal ICU at Monmouth Medical Center, a leader in academic and clinical excellence and comprehensive, compassionate patient care. About the role

As a Per Diem RN in the Neonatal ICU at Monmouth Medical Center, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to caring for NICU babies, attending high-risk deliveries, and providing family support and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for NICU babies
• Attend high-risk deliveries
• Offer family support and education
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Perform other duties as assigned (duties may change with or without notice)

Requirements

• BSN Degree (required)
• New Jersey RN License (required)
• At least 2 years of current NICU experience (required)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association, required)
• Specialty certification (preferred)
• NRP & STABLE certifications (preferred)

Pay

The anticipated hourly wage range for this position is $48.29 - $65.06 per hour, depending on the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
