NICU RN Per Diem

We are seeking talented, compassionate Per Diem Registered Nurses to contribute to our collaborative Neonatal ICU team.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team.
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards.
• Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care.
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy.
• Meticulously document all aspects of patient care.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
• One (1) year of experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part I & II required.

Pay

Hourly rate: 53.00 USD. We offer competitive base rates determined by job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. Some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The listed rate reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
