PCA Analyst

About the role

L3Harris is seeking a detail-oriented associate to support the Proposal Management team in creating and managing proposals that effectively communicate services and solutions to potential customers. This role offers hands-on experience in business development, project management, and the proposal process in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the tracking and reporting of proposal outcomes and metrics
• Aid in the organization and updating of proposal management tools and databases
• Participate in proposal review meetings and contribute to the improvement of proposal quality
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the proposal development process

Qualifications

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Project Management, Technical Writing or related field or have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Pay

The salary range for this role in California is $59,000 - $110,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.

Schedule

Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off.
