Responsibilities
- Gather required parts for each build, confirm materials against work orders, and prepare components for assembly.
- Assemble units by installing hardware pieces such as boards, brackets, speakers, and related components in the proper sequence.
- Connect cables and internal parts carefully, ensuring correct placement, orientation, and fastening throughout the build process.
- Power on completed units and perform guided system setup, registration, and basic software-driven configuration using provided tools.
- Run routine updates and verify that each system starts properly and performs expected core functions.
- Complete burn-in and quality checks to confirm the finished unit meets established operating standards.
- Record completion steps, obtain secondary verification when required, and maintain accurate production documentation.
- Package approved systems according to instructions, apply labels, and transfer finished products into inventory.
- Comfort working with computer hardware and associated equipment in a hands-on assembly environment.
- Able to follow detailed written instructions and repeat established processes with consistency.
- Strong attention to detail when handling cable installation, connector placement, and small hardware components.
- Basic familiarity with PC, Dell Technologies, or Apple devices is helpful, but advanced troubleshooting experience is not required.
- Understanding of quality assurance practices and the importance of verifying work before final sign-off.
- Able to stay organized, manage repetitive tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy throughout the production cycle.
- Willingness to learn new procedures and work as part of a team in a structured manufacturing or build setting.
