PC Support Analyst
About the role
In this role, you will provide technical support, PC set-up and installation of software, hardware, and network problem resolution to all computer users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a call center environment.
Clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user assistance as needed, assist Network Technicians; troubleshoot network printer problems. Pass more complex end-user problems on to appropriate Network Team members, conduct hardware and software inventory database maintenance and reporting and perform related work as required.
Handle all Helpdesk requests over the Phone or from the Helpdesk Tracking System for the Yamaha user base (Office or Field) then ensure the call is tracked in the Yamaha CMS. Resolves all Level One/Two end-user problems and requests assistance on all Level Three requests from a Network team member. Responsible for ensuring problem resolution to Helpdesk requests, inventory and warranty service repair when necessary.

Requirements
Passing a background check is required for employment.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and networking concepts is required.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues is necessary.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is important.
Qualifications
