About the Role
Provides technical support to users within the organization. Handles basic troubleshooting, software installations, and system maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Install and troubleshoot software applications.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks.
- Document issues and solutions for reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with common software applications.
