PC Service Technician - Infrastructure Services Division

About the role

BlueStorm Technologies is seeking a service-oriented PC Service Technician to join our Infrastructure Services Team, supporting local Binghamton area clients. This position requires hardware and software support experience, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

We are looking for individuals who are motivated to stay current with industry trends, demonstrate a professional demeanor, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-level PC maintenance
• Troubleshoot PC and network problems
• Coordinate resources to resolve technical issues
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assignments

Requirements

• A+ certification combined with additional certifications and/or work experience is desirable
