PBX Operator

• Operates console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing, and inter-office calls.
• Responsible for monitoring fire alarm panel and other monitoring functions.
• Performs duties of hospital receptionist.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Prefer previous experience with PBX phone system.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to provide service to public and hospital staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Excellent hand dexterity and motor skills.
