PBX Operator
Responsibilities
- Answers the switchboard and pages overhead.
- Greets and directs people to the appropriate departments.
- Maintains communication with the population served.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required (effective 4/1/14 for all new hires).
- Previous PBX experience preferred.
- Previous experience in office or receptionist.
- Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer Services experience preferred.
Pay
Competitive compensation with a reasonable estimate of $26.70 to $26.70 per hour. Exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection.
