PBX Operator

About the Role

Join our team as a PBX Operator and be the friendly voice that sets the tone for our guests' experiences! You'll provide prompt and courteous service, answer calls within three rings, and anticipate guest needs with enthusiasm. Master emergency procedures, log information accurately, and deliver personalized wake-up calls.

Responsibilities

• Continually provide prompt and courteous service when answering guest calls and making transfers to the appropriate departments while following departmental procedures.
• Anticipate guest needs, such as offering to contact valet for car retrieval or arranging other transportation.
• Maintain a working knowledge of upcoming Turning Stone events and promotions to advise guests correctly.
• Promptly and accurately log all information and perform office duties such as typing and filing.
• Provide warm and sincere greetings using the guest’s name for personal wake-up calls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior computer experience required.
• Ability to type 30 words per minute.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to sit or stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Strong organizational and grammatical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Pay

Starting pay rate: $16.00 hourly.
