Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Process guest requests for wake-up calls and provide customer service regarding phone directions and inquiries.
• Receive and distribute messages for hotel guests and personnel.
• Prepare guest amenity lists, manage key inventory, conduct radio checks, and sort internal mail.
• Coordinate all emergency communications with appropriate hotel personnel via telephone, radios, and email.
• Operate parking gates to assist hotel guests and patrons entering or exiting the hotel property and parking structure.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

Base pay starts at $23.88/hour (probationary rate) and increases to $28.09/hour.
