Payroll Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary
Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining Auris' value proposition, upselling current clients, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM).
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information.
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments, to secure wins.
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of the product/service portfolio and financial technology industry to stay up-to-date.
- Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leaders.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Incentive-driven sales mindset.
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
- Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
- Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
- Minimum 50% field presence required.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED.
- Prior experience in a B2B Sales role.
- Prior experience with a CRM tool like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is transparent and competitive. A first-year professional may expect an average of $90,000 - $105,000+ if in the top 25% in terms of performance, including uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity. We also offer:
