Responsibilities
- Prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle.
- Reporting to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM), responsible for setting appointments, training and coaching Payroll Client Advisors, and providing status updates to the PDM.
- Maintaining existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, currently Atlas.
- Achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments, to secure wins.
- Building and developing knowledge of current product/service portfolio and financial technology industry trends.
- Attending weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with the leader.
- Continuously updating knowledge of current product/service portfolio and financial technology industry trends.
- Working closely with the PDM to set appointments with business owners over the phone, face-to-face, through referrals, and via your network.
- Training and coaching Payroll Client Advisors, who report to you.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
- Lives in the area relative to the job posting location.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Incentive-driven sales “hunter”.
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
- Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
- Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
- Will be in the field 50% of the time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED.
- At least six years of relevant experience.
- At least one to two years of supervisory experience.

- Compensation (pay transparency): And benefits are transparent. A first-year professional may expect an average of $90,000 - $105,000+ if you are in the top 25% in the form of uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.

The base compensation range for this position is $0 - $0. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
