Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain heavy earthmoving and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Participate in regular performance evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Experience operating heavy machinery preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate heavy machinery.

Skills

  • Proficiency with various types of heavy machinery.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
