Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle.
  • Reporting to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM), responsible for setting first time appointments, training and coaching Payroll Client Advisors, and providing status updates to the PDM.
  • Maintaining existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.
  • Building and developing knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
  • Attending weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with leader.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
  • Live in area relative to job posting location.
  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Incentive-driven sales “hunter”.
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
  • Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
  • Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
  • Ability to be in the field 50% of the time.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
