Job Summary

Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle. The Payroll Territory Manager (PTM) reports to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM). Activities include explaining Auris' value proposition, upselling current clients, and maintaining regular communication with the PDM. The PTM also trains and coaches Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new clients into Auris Payroll/HCM services
  • Maintaining existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas)
  • Achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments
  • Building and developing knowledge of the product/service portfolio and financial technology industry
  • Attending weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with the leader
  • Training and coaching Senior Product Advisors (SPAs)
  • Providing status updates to the reporting PDM

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Pre-employment background check completed
  • Lives in the area relative to the job posting
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Incentive-driven sales "hunter"
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
  • Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
  • Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
  • Willing to work 50% of the time in the field

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED
  • At least six years of relevant experience
  • At least one to two years of supervisory experience

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: A first-year professional may expect an average of $90,000 - $105,000+ if in the top 25% of performance, including uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity. A 401(k) and matching program are also offered to help with retirement savings.
