Auris is the payroll and HR partner built for small and medium-sized businesses who can’t afford to get it wrong. Trusted by over 50,000 businesses nationwide, Auris pairs easy-to-use technology with real human services to give leaders the confidence that every detail is done right—so they can focus on growing their team and their business. Acquired by Acrisure in 2025, Auris (formerly Heartland Payroll) is accelerating its vision to deliver seamless human-centered technology to help small businesses thrive.

About the Role

As a Payroll Territory Manager (PTM), you will be responsible for prospecting and delivering Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. You will report to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM) and work closely with them to set appointments with business owners through various channels, including phone, face-to-face interactions, your network, and referral partnerships.

During the training period, your PDM will accompany you on initial appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using our tablet-based CRM platform, Atlas, which is used for lead generation, sales presentations, on-the-spot client financial analysis, and paperless contract processing. You will also accompany Senior Product Advisors (SPAs) on their initial appointments to train them. After training, you will have the flexibility to set up your own work schedule to maximize the upside of residuals on the business you bring in.
