Payroll Specialist (m/w/d)
About the role
As a payroll specialist at J. Wagner GmbH, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for national and international employees. You will also handle complex labor and social security law inquiries and serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and external parties such as authorities and social insurance providers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations during payroll processing.
- Clarify and resolve complex labor and social security law issues.
- Manage and verify personnel records and ensure reliable processing of filing and certification procedures.
- Promote the continuous development of our payroll processes.
Requirements
- A completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial apprentice) or equivalent qualification.
- More than 5 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Practical experience in labor and social security law, applied in practice.
- Very good user skills in HR IT systems, ideally in Loga and SuccessFactors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, process-oriented thinking, and good English both written and spoken.
Qualifications
You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards work.
