Payroll Specialist (end to end)

About the role

Payroll Analyst position located in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you would be responsible for managing high-volume, multi-state payroll operations across Federal, State, and Local jurisdictions. The team is looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in payroll compliance, reconciliations, notices, audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, multi-state payroll operations across Federal, State, and Local jurisdictions.
• Ensure payroll compliance.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Handle notices and audits.

Requirements

• End-to-end payroll experience (no third‑party payroll).
• Advanced Excel skills (in‑person interview will assess Excel).
