Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for union employees across multiple unions, job sites, and jurisdictions.
- Calculate and remit union deductions, fringe benefits, and trust fund contributions.
- Prepare certified payroll reports and required union compliance documentation.
- Audit payroll data for compliance with collective bargaining agreements and prevailing wage laws.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and maintain accurate employee payroll records.
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and accounting teams to validate payroll and job costing information.
Qualifications
- Experience processing payroll in a union, construction, or similar labor-intensive environment.
- Strong knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, union wage rates, and fringe benefit contributions.
- Experience with certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage requirements.
- Proficiency with payroll systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Pay
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
