We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage full-cycle payroll processing within a complex operational environment. In this role, you will take ownership of payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely processing of wages for approximately 200 workers, in compliance with social and sectoral legislation. Your responsibilities include handling social dossiers such as sick leave, leave, and temporary unemployment, verifying time registration data, and applying correct payroll components like allowances, premiums, overtime, and absences. You will collaborate with HR and operational stakeholders, provide clear payroll explanations to workers and managers, and support process and system improvements. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in payroll or HR administration, several years of payroll experience (preferably for workers), and strong knowledge of social law. Key skills are accuracy, structured work approach, clear communication, independence, stress resistance, and proficiency with digital payroll tools.
