We're partnering with a large healthcare organization to hire a Payroll Processor II for a 6-month contract opportunity supporting enterprise-level payroll operations. Location: Roseville, CA (Hybrid) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Duration: 6-Month Contract Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt What You'll Do Process end-to-end payroll for a large employee populationEnsure payroll compliance with California and federal regulationsProcess California final termination pay accurately and within required timelinesUtilize Workday Payroll and Kronos to process payroll transactionsSupport union payroll processing in accordance with collective bargaining agreementsReview and reconcile payroll data for accuracyResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee pay issuesMaintain payroll records and documentationSupport payroll audits and compliance initiativesPartner with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related concerns Required Qualifications 2+ years of recent end-to-end payroll processing experienceExperience processing payroll for large organizations (20,000+ employees)California payroll processing experienceExperience with California final termination payWorkday Payroll experienceKronos experienceUnion payroll experienceStrong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlinesExperience researching and resolving payroll discrepanciesAbility to work a hybrid schedule in Roseville, CA Preferred Qualifications Healthcare payroll experienceEnterprise-level payroll operations experiencePayroll compliance and auditing experienceFamiliarity with workforce management systemsStrong communication and collaboration skills If you have experience supporting large-scale payroll operations and are looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to connect with you.
