Who We Are
The Payroll Processor supports accurate and compliant end-to-end payroll processing for assigned properties, ensuring Team Members are paid correctly and on time in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role oversees payroll reconciliations, deductions, garnishments, reporting, and issue resolution while partnering with Human Resources, Finance, government agencies, and external payroll vendors. Serves as a trusted point of contact for Team Member payroll questions and operational support, contributing to a positive, service-focused payroll experience in a fast-paced environment.

Who You Are
- An HS Graduate or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in full cycle, multi-state and multi-FEIN payroll processing
- Experience in Workday, Dayforce, Oracle or similar payroll systems preferred
- Outstanding mathematical, accounting and analytical skills
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong work relationships
- Ability to communicate cooperatively and effectively with others, organize workload, adapt quickly to change, maintain composure and make decisions in stressful situations, observe SLA’s and stated deadlines
