About the role

The role involves managing payroll and office operations, including processing employee timecards, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Process employee timecards and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll information
  • Avoid errors in payroll calculations and timely processing of payments
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll or office management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and regulations

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
