Responsibilities
- Process employee timecards and ensure accuracy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll information
- Avoid errors in payroll calculations and timely processing of payments
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll or office management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of payroll systems and regulations
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities
