Payroll Manager – Non-Union Workforce
RockForce · Goodlettsville, TN · 3 wk ago
Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Rock Force" description, then "Job Description". We should not repeat job title as heading. Use for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content.
We have content: About RockForce (company overview) - could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. The posting includes "Job Description" which contains responsibilities etc. We can map:
- About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph about RockForce and the role? Could use "About the role" heading with paragraph summarizing role purpose.
- Responsibilities: list of key responsibilities (multiple bullet points). We have many responsibilities under headings: Payroll Operations, Paylocity Administration & Process Improvement, Payroll Compliance & Controls, Payroll Team Leadership, Reporting & Reconciliation, Cross-Functional Partnership. We can combine into a single

We can combine into a single - list of duties.
- Requirements/Qualifications: The posting has "Qualifications Required Core Competencies" and "Preferred Skills". We can have "Qualifications" section with required qualifications (maybe as list) and "Skills" section for preferred skills? The instruction says use headings: Qualifications, Skills. So we can put required qualifications under
Qualifications
as - . Preferred skills under
Skills
as - .
- Benefits: The posting mentions "Competitive Wages Eligible employees may participate in comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans, as well as a 401(k) plan, once qualification requirements are met. Opportunities for professional development and advancement". That's benefits info. So we can have Benefits section.
- Pay: Not specified exact salary; only "Competitive Wages". That's vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Competitive Wages" but no numbers. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits we have specific mention of health, dental, vision, 401(k), professional development. So Benefits is okay. Pay: only "Competitive Wages" is vague but still states they offer competitive wages. Might be considered stating pay? It's not a specific number or range. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "Competitive Wages" is similar to placeholder? It's not a specific number but it's a statement. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit Pay section.
- Schedule: The posting includes "Location: Nashville, TN – Hybrid 3 days in office / 2 days home". That's schedule info (hybrid). So we can have Schedule section.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also not include Job ID etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details from each section.
