Payroll Manager - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll solution implementation, collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, configure systems, and ensure accurate payroll delivery, including compliance and reconciliations.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor, and support business development.
• Drive continuous system improvements, stay informed on payroll regulations, and uphold professional standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least five years of experience in payroll, including international and expatriate compensation.
• Bachelor’s degree; professional certifications like CPA, CPP, GPHR, PMP preferred.
• Experience with payroll software (SAP, ADP, Paychex, etc.) and HCM integrations (Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Oracle).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly in a hybrid environment.
