About the role
The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role also involves managing payroll software, processing employee transactions, and providing support to other departments within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll software and ensure its effective operation.
- Process employee transactions including but not limited to time cards, deductions, and benefits.
- Provide support to other departments in resolving payroll-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, or Gusto.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a standard Monday through Friday schedule.
