We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the job description. Essential Functions JOB DESCRIPTION: The content includes many responsibilities. There's no explicit "About the role" paragraph but we can create one summarizing the role? However we must not invent or summarize away detail. We can include a short

that is essentially the first sentence: "Lead the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and processes in alignment with corporate/Group requirements". That's from the description. That could be About the role. Responsibilities: list of duties. We'll extract bullet points. Requirements: maybe education/experience? Qualifications: maybe certifications? Skills: maybe technical skills. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: The posting does not mention benefits, pay, schedule specifics except maybe "Position is full time, exempt Position works day shift Monday-Friday Office presence required Travel 5% of time". That's schedule info: full-time, day shift Monday-Friday, travel 5%. So we can include Schedule section with that. No explicit pay or benefits. So we should not create Pay or Benefits sections. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections with actual content. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe education/experience?), Qualifications (certifications?), Skills (technical/computer skills, communication, organization, analytical, attention to detail), Schedule. But we must not invent content. Let's extract. From text: Essential Functions JOB DESCRIPTION Lead the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and processes in alignment with corporate/Group requirements Evaluate payroll solutions, system configurations, and process recommendations provided by third-party vendors; assess organizational impact and recommend improvements based on business needs, compliance requirements, and payroll best practices. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. We need to strip boilerplate: "Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed..." etc. Also remove "WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS" maybe we can keep some relevant schedule info but not physical demands? The schedule info is in "Position Type – Work Hours - Travel Requirements". We'll extract that. We must not include sections like Benefits, Pay if not present. Thus sections: - About the role: maybe a paragraph summarizing the role: "Lead the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and processes in alignment with corporate/Group requirements." Could also include the direct oversee line. But we must not invent. We can take the first sentence as About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet points after "Principal responsibilities include:" and the subsequent sentences). We'll break into

  • items. - Requirements: maybe education/experience? The "Required QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Experience and Competencies" includes education, experience, competencies. That could be Requirements. But we also have a separate "Qualifications" section maybe for certifications? However the heading "Required QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Experience and Competencies" seems like qualifications. We could treat that as Qualifications. But the instruction says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content appropriately. We could put education/experience under Requirements, and certifications/technical skills under Qualifications, and soft skills under Skills. Let's parse: Required QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Experience and Competencies: - Associates degree in Accounting or Business - Minimum of 6+ years accounting or payroll related experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organization and analytical skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Demonstrated technical and computer skills, working with spreadsheets and software - U.S. Payroll Association payroll management certification program (Certified Payroll Professional “CPP”) or willingness to complete - Regular and reliable attendance Preferred Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Dayforce and Oracle Payroll System experience Supervisory Responsibilities / Direct Reports (1) - Payroll Assistant/Specialist Thus we have education, experience, competencies (communication, organization, analytical, attention to detail, technical skills), certification, supervisory. We could split: Requirements: Education and Experience (Associates degree, 6+ years, Preferred Bachelors). Also maybe Supervisory Responsibility? That's more a job aspect. Qualifications: Certification (CPP or willingness), Dayforce/Oracle experience. Skills: communication, organization, analytical, attention to detail, technical/computer skills. But we must not invent. We'll just follow the text. Let's create: maybe not needed; just use headings

    and then

    or

      . We'll output:
