Payroll Manager

The role involves managing end‑to‑end global payroll processes, including implementing proprietary multi‑country payroll solutions, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from clients and internal teams.
• Configure and test payroll systems.
• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll and tax reporting.
• Support year‑end reconciliations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless service and support business growth.
• Continuously improve payroll systems.
• Stay updated on global payroll trends and regulations.
• Act with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in payroll, including expatriate and international payroll.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred credentials: CPA, CPP, GPHR, PMP, or similar (with a one‑year window to obtain if not already held).
• Experience with payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, Paychex, etc.).
• Experience with HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Oracle).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership ability.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
