What We OfferMedical Insurance100% Employer Paid Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance401K with Employer ContributionEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Education Reimbursement (related field)Employee Referral Program and Recognition ProgramPaid Holidays and 15 Paid Time-Off Days annually Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations.Establishes and maintains policies and processes that ensure the accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions.Manages and processes bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring accurate and timely wage payments, payroll tax compliance, deductions, and reporting.Interfaces between finance and human resource departments to provide accurate and useful information.Experience with multi-state payroll processing and international payroll experience, preferably supporting employees in the UK and Ireland.Develops and produces payroll-related statistical reports.Ensures accurate and on-time governmental reporting and compliance.Oversees the activities and training of both professionals and support staff. Directs the resolution of complex issues or errors.Supervises payroll specialist. Education And ExperienceBachelor’s degree required.At least 5 years of relevant experience, including multi-state payroll.Experience with Workday required. Skills And AbilitiesExcellent communication skills.Excellent reporting skills.Exercises sound judgement in making critical decisions.Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
