As our Payroll & HRIS Manager, you’ll report directly to our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and own two things everyone in the company counts on: getting paid right and having data they can trust. You’ll run payroll, make Paylocity work harder for our team and turn our people data into answers leaders actually use. This isn’t a “keep the lights on” job. Requirements What you’ll do: Run accurate, on-time multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employeesOwn payroll tax, year-end and W-2s, partnering with Finance on reconciliationsOwn Paylocity setup, security, workflows and trainingKeep employee data clean and build the reports leaders rely onHandle compliance filings, record audits and wage and hour updatesSupport benefit deductions, open enrollment and leave administration What You Bring Passion for getting it right, a commitment to the people who count on every paycheck and the curiosity to keep improving how things work5+ years of hands-on, full-cycle multi-state payroll experience2+ years administering a human resources information system (HRIS) or payroll systemStrong knowledge of wage and hour law, payroll tax and year-end processingStrong Excel skills and an eye that catches the decimal everyone else missedSound judgment with confidential information Bonus Points Benefits administration experiencePaylocity experienceManufacturing or multi-site experienceCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) Why this one’s different You’ll have a seat close to the decisions, a collaborative HR team behind you and room to fix what slows people down.
