Responsibilities
- Process payroll for a diverse workforce
- Ensure accuracy and timely payment of wages
- Manage employee benefits administration
- Handle employee inquiries related to pay and benefits
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll or HR
- Knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
