About the role
Administer and perform human resources/payroll functions for the community in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles relating to operations, state and federal regulations, and as directed by the Administrator. Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention of employees.
Education/Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration
- Working knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers’ compensation, and unemployment
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate HRIS software
