Payroll Coordinator
About the role
We're looking for a Payroll Coordinator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support the payroll function behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping things moving, enjoys working in an ever-evolving environment, and can adapt quickly when priorities shift.
Responsibilities
- Support payroll processing by preparing and entering data into ADP Workforce Now (WFN), including: New hires, terminations, and employee changes
- Pay rate updates and effective-dated changes
- One-time earnings (bonuses, stipends, adjustments)
- Recurring earnings and deductions
- Review and validate payroll input files for completeness and accuracy prior to processing
- Aid with payroll audits by comparing input data to payroll registers and reports
- Track and organize payroll-related documentation, ensuring proper recordkeeping and compliance
- Respond to basic employee payroll inquiries and escalate more complex issues as needed
- Support year-end activities and other administrative payroll projects
- Maintain strong attention to deadlines and ensure all inputs are submitted on time

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly rate is $30-33/hour.
