To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment as part of a structured day. You excel in building rapport, establishing trust, and communicating clearly and professionally over the phone and in writing. Your client satisfaction scores reflect your success in these areas.

  • Maintain open communication with peers and internal partners, providing assistance to other associates as needed.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of client and/or service experience.
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.

  • Relevant experience as noted above, or
  • Military experience (ADP values the discipline, commitment, and problem-solving abilities veterans bring).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).

Benefits
