Responsibilities

  • Oversee all payroll functions, including audits, data integrity and reporting
  • Oversee all payroll functions, including audits, data integrity and reporting
  • Full cycle benefits administration including 401K administration and open enrollment
  • Manage employee relations, including policies and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor and oversee compensation programing and utilizing benchmarking tools
  • Work collaboratively with the overall HR team on any special programming or initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of HR operational experience, including full cycle payroll and benefits administration
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills. Experience with McLagan or other compensation benchmarking tools a plus
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as a collaborative team

Pay

$70/hr+

Schedule

Open ended temporary role with the potential for permanent hire.
