Responsibilities
- Collect and summarize timekeeping information.
- Audit time keeping records and resolves variances utilizing tools in the Time and Attendance, Payroll, and ticketing systems.
- Obtain supervisor approval of timecard discrepancies.
- Update employee payroll records as needed.
- Properly document all discrepancies within timekeeping audits.
- Track and maintain records for analytics.
- Perform other work-related tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Understanding of the principles and practices of payroll.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as company policies and procedure manuals, payroll laws, system requirements.
- Computer skills to include Microsoft Office programs, HRIS, Payroll systems.
- Some knowledge of BOSS system, HRIS, and payroll systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Dress neatly and professionally for the office environment.
