About the role
As a member of the Payroll Team, the Payroll analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data while also providing analytical insights and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing payroll data
- Identifying trends
- Developing actionable recommendations to improve payroll processes
- Working collaboratively with internal and external clients to ensure services achieve intended outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
- 2-5 years of related experience in payroll or bookkeeping
- Ability to apply analytical methods to existing and new systems
- In depth knowledge of payroll processes, systems and data management
- Comprehensive ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management through verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft systems (Excel)
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst or similar role
- Workday Payroll and/or Time and Absence experience

Work Schedule: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Hours Per Week: 40, Position Type: Full time
