Responsibilities

  • Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Utilize payroll software such as Dayforce, ADP, and Workday to automate payroll processes.
  • Conduct quarterly balances and provide reports on payroll activities.
  • Investigate and resolve any payroll-related inquiries or issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
  • Stay updated on federal and state payroll regulations and ensure company compliance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of payroll procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a payroll analyst role or a similar position.
  • Proficiency in payroll software such as Dayforce, ADP, and Workday is required.
  • Experience with payroll automation and conducting payroll investigations.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 per year
