Payroll Analyst (Compliance Tech)

Responsibilities

• Aid in the end-to-end U.S. payroll processing.
• Process employee timecards and ensure payroll data accuracy.
• Run payroll calculations and review results for accuracy.
• Audit and validate 401(k) deductions and contributions.
• Process employee garnishment orders in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Respond to and assist with payroll-related employee inquiries through ServiceNow.
• Support the Senior Payroll Analyst with day-to-day payroll operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of payroll records and employee information.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of U.S. payroll processing experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience processing payroll in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify payroll discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with Workday Payroll is preferred.
• FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is preferred but not required.

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $31.43 - $36.43 per hour.
